I designed a cohesive, cross-platform experience by streamlining the web portals and mobile apps for both practitioners and patients. By implementing intuitive UI flows and frictionless navigation, the entire healthcare journey—from scheduling to prescriptions—became unified and effortless.

The redesign drove faster consultations, seamless pharmacy coordination, and significantly higher patient engagement and satisfaction—effectively bridging the digital gap in modern healthcare delivery.
