Indian Navy

Overview

Challenge: Redesigned the Indian Navy's official website from a non-responsive, outdated experience to a mobile-friendly, accessible, and clean platform.

Solution: Poor design and navigation prevented civilian and personnel access.

Impact: The redesign greatly increased user interaction and content findability, providing a more respectful and fluid digital experience that embodies the dignity and rigor of the Indian Navy.

PH7 Health

Overview

Challenge: PH7 Health's virtual world was disjointed—patients, doctors, and pharmacy services were siloed on individual interfaces, leading to confusion, inefficiency, and missed consultations.

Solution: I designed a cohesive, cross-platform experience by simplifying the web portal and mobile apps for practitioners and patients alike. With intuitive UI flows and easy navigation, the overall healthcare experience—from scheduling to prescription—became simplified and convenient.

Impact: The redesign resulted in quicker consultations, easy coordination of pharmacies, and high patient participation and satisfaction levels—bridging the digital gap in contemporary healthcare delivery.

SAIL- Steel Authority of India Limited

Overview

Challenge: SAIL's legacy site was beset by antiquated design, inconsistent UI trends, and poor mobile responsiveness—confounding stakeholders, investors, and employees alike and making it challenging for them to find and retrieve key information.

Solution: I spearheaded a complete redesign with responsive design layouts, content architecture reorganization, and improved visual hierarchy. The new design introduced clarity, consistency, and alignment with the industrial strength and heritage of the brand.

Impact: The new site enhanced stakeholder engagement, brought public and internal documents into the open, and established a modern, authoritative online presence that reflects the national status of SAIL.

NDFDC

Overview

Challenge: The NDFDC website had age-old UI and did not have accessibility features, making it extremely hard for Divyangjan users and stakeholders to navigate through, access information, or apply for online loans.

Solution: I created a fully responsive, GIGW and WCAG-compliant web space that is user-specific for Divyangjan users. The layout provided intuitive navigation, color-blind friendly contrast, and seamless flows for public users, Admins, State Agencies, and Banks.

Impact: Website redesign allowed citizens to apply for loans and access central services autonomously with confidence—resulting in improved accessibility, enhanced user trust, and closer convergence with inclusive government best practice.

Teesas Education

Overview

Challenge: Teesas saw low user engagement and a disconnected UX that couldn't adapt to its large learner audience—spanning young children to mature learners—resulting in high drop-off and low retention.

Solution: I envisioned the site to be a playful, kid-friendly UI and included gamified learning activities—like interactive lesson pages, animated quizzes, and reward-based progress tracking. Each aspect was crafted to encourage students to remain curious, motivated, and actively engaged.

Result: The gamification strategy led to a dramatic boost in learner retention, greater content accessibility across all ages, and a simpler, more enjoyable learning experience—making Teesas a more competitive and engaging edtech option.

Hoofzy – Pet Training & Care App

Overview

Challenge: Hoofzy's consumers—pet owners—were presented with a confusing process and had no motivation to engage with training modules on an ongoing basis, resulting in poor retention and idle features.

Solution: I imagined the experience with a pet-first mentality—beginning with a soothing UI, visual onboarding for new users, streak-based training progress, and gamified rewards to invite consistency and enjoyment across daily interactions.

Result: Redesign led to more daily usage, increased user retention, and an easier, more rewarding experience that allowed pet owners to be consistent with their care and training routine.

Good To Grab

Overview

Challenge: Good To Grab lacked proper user awareness and engagement with its clumsy user interface causing it to be difficult to locate and order leftover food—keeping it from fulfilling its potential of reducing food waste.

Solution: I created a simple, clean app experience focused on effortless discovery and instant ordering. The design focused on simplicity, speed, and reliability—to enable users to discover, book, and enjoy leftover food from nearby vendors more easily.

Impact: Redesign enabled individuals to act responsibly, which resulted in more people actively preventing food wastage—along with increasing app adoption, repeat usage, and vendor participation.

Meditate with MSG

Overview

Challenge: The app's outdated appearance and feel and sparse feature set resulted in disconnect from today's wellness seekers—resulting in low engagement and poor emotional resonance with users on their spiritual journey.

Solution: I reimagined the experience as a serene, minimalistic UI and added wellness-focused features like guided video/audio calls, lifestyle tracking, and gentle visual reminders—a refuge for reflection, relaxation, and routine.

Impact: The redesigned app allowed for more user engagement, higher participation, and supported whole-person well-being—making it a mindful companion for spirituality and life growth.
